The Pilates Center Of Baton Rouge will be moving to 8281 Goodwood Blvd., Suite A, Baton Rouge, LA 70808 in September.

Pilates is a method of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Teaching fluid and controlled movements with healthy breathing is a primary focus. Quality of movement rather than quantity creates a new level of body awareness.
